Hello Everyone!

I hope you are having a good week.

As you know, we do not have a meeting this week, as we are hosting the Drive for Scholarships on Thursday at Wyantenuck.  The weather looks to be absolutely perfect for Thursday!  I believe they call that “McCormick weather”.  Tremendous thanks to the Golf Committee for all the work they have done to make the Drive for Scholarships such a success!  Also, a special thanks to all Rotarians who have taken a portion of their day to work at the golf tournament.

Restaurant Raffle Tickets:  If you have money and/or stubs, please bring them to the Golf Tournament, as the drawing is on Thursday.

We continue to be busy in the weeks ahead:

Breaking Bread:  July 30th.  A huge thank you to Oskar for agreeing to cook for this month’s Breaking Bread after doing the same thing for last month’s Breaking Bread.  The following have offered to help in some capacity – Richard Stanley, Janet Dohoney, Mary Ann Norris, Bob Norris, John Benedict, Suzanne Arre, Barbara Manring and Michael Wise.  I think they can use a few more people, so please, if you can help that night, please let Oskar know – his email is oskar@onlyinmydreamsevents.com.

Bike N Fly:  August 15th.  After the Golf Tournament and Breaking Bread, all our efforts will turn to helping the Bike N Fly be a huge success!

July 29th:  We return to Crissey Farm.  Barbara is still accepting tips for Odille and Sally.  If you haven’t already made a contribution, please consider doing so.  I will be in Greece, and Mark has graciously agreed to run the meeting.  I will see you on August 5th when our District Governor will be our guest and speaker.  Please make every effort to attend that meeting so we can impress upon her that we are one of the strongest clubs in District 1.

Thank you for all you do to support our Club.
